Sevens is operated by Klimter LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Payments are taken by Klimter LLC through Stripe; on your card statement the charge reads SEVENS. Using Sevens means agreeing to what is below. It is short on purpose.

The trial

Seven days of everything, free, with no card. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing happens when it ends except that editing stops.

When the trial ends

If you have not bought a licence, your account becomes read-only. You can still open every week you wrote and export the lot as a file, for as long as the account exists. Your writing is never held hostage and never deleted for non-payment.

What you are buying

One payment for a personal licence to use Sevens, including every future update, for as long as the service runs. No subscription, no renewal, no second invoice. The first 100 licences are sold at a founding price; after that the price is the standard one shown at checkout.

What "lifetime" means

The lifetime of the service, which is an honest promise rather than an infinite one. If Sevens is ever shut down you will get at least 90 days' notice by email and your data as an export file for the whole of that period. No licence will be cancelled to sell you a replacement.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked. Email the address below and you get your money back. Your account reverts to read-only; your weeks stay put.

Your account

One licence is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you may close it whenever you like.

Your content is yours

Everything you write in Sevens belongs to you. It is never read for advertising, never sold, never used to train anything, and never shared beyond the companies listed in the privacy page that are needed to run the service.

Fair use

Do not use Sevens to break the law, do not try to break into other people's accounts, and do not attack the service. Any of those ends the licence without a refund.

What is not promised

Sevens is provided as it is. It is a planner, not a backup service and not a system of record for anything critical — export regularly if it matters. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it available and your data safe, but no uptime is guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid.

Changes

These terms may change. If a change materially affects you, you will be told by email first. A change will never retroactively cancel a licence you have paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
