Sevens is a weekly planner, operated by Klimter LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. This page says exactly what it stores, why, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

Your email address, and whatever you write in your planner. The site also counts visits with Google Analytics, which never receives your email or anything you write. There is no advertising, and nothing is sold or shared beyond the companies listed below that are needed to run the service.

What is collected

Visit statistics. Sevens uses Google Analytics to count visits and see how people move through the site: which pages, roughly which country, what kind of device, and whether someone started a trial or a purchase. It never receives your email, your name or anything in your planner. Advertising features are switched off. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland are counted without analytics cookies. You can block it with any content blocker and Sevens works the same.

The Monday email. While you have a trial or a licence, Sevens writes to you once a week, on Monday morning: the week number, how many weeks in a row you have planned, how last week went, and up to five tasks you have carried more than once — by name, so you know which ones they are. To write it, the server reads your planner once that morning; apart from this, your planner is stored and never looked at. Nothing else is ever sent, and switching it off in Account → Monday email, or from the link at the bottom of any of them, stops it immediately and for good.

Otherwise, the only thing kept in your browser is your sign-in session and a local copy of your own planner, so it opens instantly and works offline.

Why

To sign you in, to store your weeks so they are on every device you use, to know whether you are on a trial or have bought a licence, and — until you say otherwise — to write you the Monday email. That is the whole list.

Who else processes it

How long it is kept

Until you delete your account. Delete it and your planner goes with it, in the same moment and permanently. An unpaid trial that expires is never deleted — you keep read access and can export at any time.

What you can do

If you are in the UK or EU, these are your rights under UK GDPR and GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Sevens is not intended for anyone under 16 and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
